Job Title: Test Manager – Functional Testing

This role requires an experienced Test Manager to oversee end-to-end test coordination across multiple application teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for test execution, status tracking, reporting, and test data setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end test coordination for various application teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Oversee test execution, ensuring timely and accurate completion of test cases.
  • Track and report on testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
  • Manage test data setup and ensure its integrity and availability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the testing process.
  • Mentor and guide junior testing staff.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with E2E test coordination across multiple applications.
  • Proficiency in test tracking, status reporting, and defect management tools.
  • Experience with test data setup and management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with card Florida related projects is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience is required.
