Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant with a deep understanding of the Recruitment Module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Integrations and Configurations. This role requires a Product Owner with end-to-end ownership of the Recruitment Module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure the Workday Recruitment Module.
- Develop and maintain Workday Integrations.
- Perform Workday configurations to meet business needs.
- Act as a Product Owner for the Recruitment Module, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of the Workday Recruitment Module.
- Experience with Workday Integrations and Configurations.
- Strong understanding of Product Owner responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
