Job Title: Backend Java Developer
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite.

Role Details:
We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Java Developer to join our client’s team. The role is hybrid, requiring a commitment of 3 days per week at the client’s office in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and a proven track record of delivering robust solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 11+ years of professional experience in backend Java development.
- Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Information:
This position is for local candidates in Georgia only. The consultant is an H1B visa holder with over 10 years of experience and is willing to relocate within GA. The role requires a hybrid work model, with 3 days onsite at the Alpharetta, GA location.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per hour (Estimated)
