Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ReactJS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies and best practices, with a focus on delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Utilize core technologies including React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement responsive UI frameworks such as Material UI and Bootstrap to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
- Define frontend architecture and enforce best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Build seamless API integrations to connect frontend applications with backend services.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Ensure security and accessibility compliance in all developed applications.
- Work with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress to ensure application reliability.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with micro frontend architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $55 per hour
