About the Role:
We are actively seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team. This role is crucial for sourcing and placing top talent within the US IT market. You will be instrumental in identifying candidates for a wide range of IT positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for IT roles using various job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.) and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial phone interviews, to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Stay updated on US hiring processes, visa types, and client/vendor interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Strong background in sourcing and placing candidates for IT roles in the US market.
- Hands-on experience working with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of US hiring processes, including different visa types (H1B, OPT, etc.) and client/vendor interactions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
