Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Financials professional with deep expertise in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, supporting Oracle Cloud Financial solutions with a strong focus on master data governance, financial close processes, and reconciliation.
This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity, streamlined close cycles, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Financials & Cloud Applications:
- Work extensively with Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, FA, AP, AR, and CM
- Support financial close cycles, reporting, and reconciliations
Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS):
- Design, configure, and maintain EDMCS applications
- Govern Chart of Accounts, legal entities, cost centers, and hierarchies
- Define workflows, approvals, validations, and audit controls
- Integrate EDM with Oracle Financials, EPM, and reporting systems
- Drive adoption of standardized master data processes
Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS):
- Configure reconciliation types, formats, and matching rules
- Implement auto-reconciliation and transaction matching logic
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Troubleshoot reconciliation issues and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports for reconciliation tracking
Integrations & Automation:
- Support integrations using FBDI, REST APIs, OCI, and middleware tools
- Identify automation opportunities in reconciliation and close processes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across finance systems
Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Accounting, and Audit teams
- Provide production support and perform root cause analysis
- Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Support audit activities with system insights and controls documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Financial applications (15+ years overall experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with: Oracle EDMCS, Oracle ARCS
- Strong understanding of: Financial close and reconciliation processes, Chart of Accounts and financial hierarchies, Internal controls and audit compliance
- Experience working with Finance and Accounting stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, Narrative Reporting)
- Knowledge of SOX controls and regulatory reporting
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domains
- Exposure to OCI, ODI, OIC, Azure, or other integration tools
- Oracle Cloud / EPM certifications

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
