Job Title: SAP EAM Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for our SAP EAM implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing sprints, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking in SAP/IT projects.
Role Summary:
Facilitate Agile delivery for SAP EAM implementation, ensuring smooth sprint execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the product backlog, user stories, and ensure accurate tracking within JIRA.
- Coordinate effectively between functional, technical, and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
- Ensure sprint commitments are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support release planning and ensure adherence to delivery governance standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing Agile team environment.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAP/IT projects.
- Strong expertise in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in SAP EAM/S4 projects is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlog effectively.
- Proven ability to remove blockers and ensure sprint success.
