About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team for a remote, morning shift opportunity. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent within the information technology sector. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, representing the company professionally and ethically.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Experience with client management and understanding diverse technological requirements.
- Familiarity with various IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Preference for morning shift work.
