About the Role:
We are looking for a Source-to-Pay Technology Lead to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-5 years of proven experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation, integration, and system management experience of S2P technologies. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, guiding them through day-to-day operations and project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Source-to-Pay (S2P) technology initiatives.
- Oversee implementation, integration, and system management of S2P technologies.
- Guide teams through day-to-day operations and project execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Ensure effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize experience with S2P technologies such as ProcessUnity, DocuSign, Icertis, Coupa, and Concur (preferred).
- Work within a hybrid model, balancing onsite and remote work.
- Provide two recent work references upon submission.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of proven Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and technologies experience.
- Must have hands-on implementation, integration, and system management experience of S2P technologies.
- Experience with technologies like ProcessUnity, DocuSign, Icertis, Coupa, and Concur is preferred.
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SOX and GxP experience are a plus.
