About the Role:
We are seeking a talented UX Writer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a scalable knowledge base aligned with client needs. You will be responsible for developing compelling copy, facilitating UX sessions, and providing consultation on content strategy for various internal ecosystems and Knowledge Management content. The ideal candidate will support product management, design team members, and business stakeholders to ensure a consistent voice and tone across all communications.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write compelling copy that converts or compels website visitors to engage.
- Facilitate UX sessions and workshops to gather insights and drive design decisions.
- Provide consultation on content strategy for intranet, smaller internal ecosystems, and Knowledge Management content.
- Support product management, design team members, and business stakeholders in their initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all organizational communications.
- Provide services during US business hours (8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST).
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build a scalable knowledge base aligned with client needs.
- Utilize industry-standard ServiceNow workflows for integration.
- Conduct UX research strategy and create complex user interfaces.
- Develop interactive prototypes and provide consultation on user flows and experiences.
- Offer consultation on user testing methodologies.
- Contribute to branding and presentation design.
- Provide consultation on internal marketing campaigns and infographics.

- Primary Skill: UI/UX Designer
- Secondary Skill: UX Researcher
Desirable Skills:
- Domain: Market Research, Digital: CUE – UI / Interaction Design
Experience Required:
6-8 years of relevant experience.
