Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BTP Security professional for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and configuring SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) security, including Single-Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Authentication Service (IAS)/Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
- Trust Configuration Management: Establish and maintain secure trust configurations between SAP BTP and SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS). This involves understanding and implementing SAML, OAuth, or other relevant trust protocols to enable secure communication and authentication.
- Single-Sign-On (SSO) Configuration: Configure and manage SSO for custom applications deployed within SAP BTP. This includes integrating with IAS or other identity providers to provide a seamless and secure user experience, ensuring that users only need to log in once to access multiple applications.
- IAS/IPS Configuration: Implement and manage SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) for both SAP on-premises and cloud applications. This involves setting up user provisioning, synchronization, and authentication flows across different SAP landscapes.
- User and Role Collection Management in BTP: Manage user access and permissions within SAP BTP. This includes creating and assigning user accounts, defining and managing role collections, and ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access based on their roles and responsibilities.
- Security Best Practices: Ensure all configurations adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve security-related issues within the BTP environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in BTP Security and related technologies.
- Proven experience with SAP BTP, IAS, and IPS.
- Strong understanding of SSO concepts and implementation (SAML, OAuth).
- Experience with user and role management in cloud environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position requiring a strong understanding of SAP BTP security architecture and implementation. The role involves close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud applications.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
