Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 15 years of experience to join our team. This is an urgent role requiring strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full stack applications, leading architecture discussions, and contributing to technical strategy. This position is based in Austin, TX, and requires an onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Angular (latest versions) and backend technologies (Node.js / Java / .NET).
- Lead architecture discussions and contribute to system design and technical strategy.
- Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong expertise in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, RxJS.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js / Java (Spring Boot) / .NET Core.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and software engineering principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams or acting as a Technical Architect.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with performance tuning and application security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
