Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Procure to Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment. This critical onsite role in Atlanta, GA, involves partnering with global leaders at Capgemini to drive measurable improvements in cost control, cycle time, and compliance. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of projects focused on process standardization and operational efficiency across Procurement and Finance departments. This is a unique opportunity to influence the digital transformation roadmap of a major enterprise, ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible business value and superior user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud P2P transformation initiatives, from initial discovery through to post-implementation support.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, including the management of scope, schedules, multi-million dollar budgets, and executive reporting.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other business units to implement streamlined, best-in-class P2P processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and RAID logs.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies and project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and organizational change management strategies to ensure high levels of user adoption.
- Manage project financials with precision, providing accurate forecasting, variance analysis, and regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Utilize a variety of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models, based on the complexity and risk profile of the project.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhanced controls across the entire Procure to Pay lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) leading large-scale transformation initiatives, specifically within Oracle ERP Cloud P2P environments.
- Deep functional knowledge of Procure to Pay business processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, budget tracking, and executive-level communication.
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with related Oracle modules such as General Ledger and Project Accounting is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, as required by the client engagement model.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $62 – $65 per year
