Position Overview: Kore.AI & AWS Core Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Kore.AI Developer with strong AWS core development experience to join our team in Malvern, PA. This is a 100% onsite, long-term contract position supporting a major client (TCS). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions that are deeply integrated with enterprise-grade AWS services. This role is critical for driving digital transformation through automated, AI-driven customer and employee interactions.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Duties
- Conversational AI Development: You will lead the design and maintenance of conversational bots using the Kore.AI XO Platform. This includes building complex dialog flows, managing intents and entities, and fine-tuning NLP configurations to ensure high accuracy and user satisfaction.
- AWS Integration & Backend Services: A core part of this role involves developing backend services using AWS core services. You will implement AWS Lambda functions for bot fulfillment and orchestration, ensuring that the conversational interface can execute complex business logic seamlessly.
- Enterprise System Integration: You will be responsible for integrating Kore.AI bots with various enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, ERP systems, relational databases, and RESTful APIs. This requires a deep understanding of middleware and webhook configurations.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Utilizing AWS services such as API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, and SNS/SQS, you will build a scalable and highly available architecture for AI deployments. You will also use CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.
- Security & Compliance: Security is paramount. You will implement robust security measures using IAM roles, policies, and encryption standards to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with enterprise security protocols.
- DevOps & CI/CD: You will manage the deployment of applications using modern CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions), ensuring a smooth transition from development to production environments.
- Performance Optimization: You will continuously monitor and optimize bot performance, focusing on scalability and cost-efficiency within the AWS ecosystem.
Required Technical Skills
- Kore.AI Expertise: Proven experience with the Kore.AI XO Platform, including Dialog Task design, Knowledge Graphs, and NLP tuning.
- AWS Core Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM. A strong understanding of serverless architecture is essential.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Node.js, Java, or Python for backend development and integration tasks.
- API & Authentication: Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, JSON, OAuth, JWT, and various authentication mechanisms.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS Lex, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation). AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification is a significant plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
