Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Vistex Consultant for a long-term engagement in Houston, TX. This role is critical for our client’s digital transformation journey, specifically focusing on the optimization of Sales and Distribution processes integrated with Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical and functional understanding of rebate management, condition contracts, and settlement modules within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading complex migrations, configuring sophisticated pricing models, and ensuring that the business requirements are translated into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SD and Vistex modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Manage the migration of legacy rebate agreements and open accrual balances from SAP ECC or other legacy platforms to SAP S/4HANA Condition Contract Management (CCM).
- Design and configure SAP CCSM solutions, including condition contract types, pricing conditions, accruals, and settlement processes.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements related to CCM and Settlement Management.
- Utilize SAP Fiori apps for managing condition contracts and streamlining settlement management workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, technical developers, and cross-functional team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and execute functional and integration test plans, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Create comprehensive documentation, conduct user training, and provide post-go-live troubleshooting and support.
- Design and implement complex Rebate and Commission reports to provide business insights.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
- At least 4 full-cycle SAP SD implementations successfully completed.
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience with SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM) and Settlement Management in an S/4HANA environment.
- Strong expertise in rebates, CCM, CCSM, and Fiori settlement modules.
- In-depth knowledge of related SAP modules including MM and FI/CO, particularly regarding pricing and rebate processing.
- Experience with manual adjustment processes for rebate accruals and settlements.
- Proven ability to work with external partners and cross-functional teams in a high-pressure project environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
