Position Summary: Senior AI/ML Engineer
Siri Info Solutions Inc. is looking for a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team in New York City. This role is designed for an expert who thrives at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agentic systems. As the AI landscape evolves toward more sophisticated, tool-using agents, you will be at the helm of designing and deploying scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of deep technical research and practical engineering execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and multi-step task execution.
- Architect LLM orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or proprietary internal tools.
- Build and optimize end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning pipelines, focusing on segmentation and ‘Next Best Action’ models.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications utilizing Elasticsearch for high-performance vector and keyword search.
- Deploy and manage models on cloud platforms such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure the performance, safety, and reliability of AI agents and LLM outputs.
- Collaborate with product teams to define tool schemas, agent policies, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Generative AI and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our production environment.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proven track record of building and scaling LLM-powered applications in a production setting.
- Expertise in vector databases and search engines like Elasticsearch or Pinecone.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker).
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.
- Experience with prompt design, fine-tuning, and agentic policy development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment in NYC.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $190,000 – $270,000 per year (Estimated)
