Position Overview: SAP Project Manager
Quantum World Technologies Inc is looking for an experienced and results-oriented SAP Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of SAP solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception through to completion. As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and according to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with executive leadership, global business partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic value and ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for our business cases. This position requires a leader who can navigate the complexities of global business environments while maintaining a focus on technical excellence and methodological rigor.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend business system solutions that have a broad impact on the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor project metrics to provide regular reporting to the executive team on project health and business case ROI.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop robust risk mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Provide strong project leadership, offering clear direction, motivation, and feedback to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and service management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and champion Agile methodologies to enhance project flexibility, speed, and collaboration.
- Convey project status, milestones, and challenges to executives and global business partners through formal presentations and executive summaries.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Foster a collaborative environment, motivating team members outside of direct authority to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SAP Project Management, with a strong understanding of SAP Solutions Delivery.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects in a global environment.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior executives.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP Solution Manager).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and engagement.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align project goals with broader business objectives.
- Experience in financial management and ROI analysis for IT projects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $114,400 per year
