Role Overview

Quantum World Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Manager with specialized expertise in Marketing Cloud to lead our client’s digital transformation initiatives. This remote position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical Salesforce execution. As the platform owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with the broader Client Experience strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly within the context of financial services, asset management, or capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership & Strategy: Act as the primary owner for Salesforce Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will define the product roadmap in partnership with business leaders across sales, marketing, and client services.
  • Solution Architecture: Translate intricate business needs into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. You must balance user experience with strict compliance and regulatory requirements inherent in the financial sector.
  • Marketing Cloud Excellence: Design and oversee complex customer journeys, multi-channel campaigns, and sophisticated automation within Marketing Cloud to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Integration Management: Lead the integration of Salesforce with customer portals, enterprise data platforms, and third-party systems to ensure a unified data environment.
  • Data Governance & AI: Champion the adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein/AI features. You will ensure data quality, reporting integrity, and the implementation of advanced analytics to provide actionable business insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Client Experience team, providing training, enablement support, and guidance to junior administrators and business users.
  • Release Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including release planning, Quality Assurance (QA), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure high-quality delivery.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to Salesforce-focused roles.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience with Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud, specifically focusing on opportunity management, client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and complex sales workflows.
  • Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud journeys, automation studio, and reporting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Sales/Financial Services Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical developers and non-technical executive stakeholders.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year
