  • Provide expert-level guidance on Earnix best practices, including data structures, modeling approaches, and optimization techniques.
  • Drive solution design reviews, ensure high code quality, and strictly enforce organizational engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical support for Earnix Modeler and Optimizer connectors.

Required Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of the Guidewire platform (GW) and its integration frameworks, specifically within the Insurance domain.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing branching strategies and modern DevOps workflows.
  • Strong experience developing integration solutions between Earnix and Guidewire, including the consumption of Earnix models/services.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern integration patterns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance pricing strategies, underwriting workflows, and rating algorithms.
  • Familiarity with JSON/XML-based integrations and cloud-native integration tools.
  • Experience working with both commercial and personal lines insurance products.
