Job Description
Scalable Systems is looking for a highly skilled Quadient Developer for a contract position in Cary, North Carolina. This role is specifically designed for local candidates who possess deep expertise in building high-impact customer communication solutions. As a Quadient expert, you will be responsible for designing and generating critical customer correspondence documents on an enterprise-scale platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading IT services firm to deliver sophisticated Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions that enhance brand engagement and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement end-to-end customer correspondence solutions using the Quadient suite of tools, specifically Quadient DC (Designer) and Quadient Scaler.
- Design and build complex document templates, personalized letters, and automated communication workflows that meet stringent business requirements.
- Integrate CCM platforms with enterprise data sources to ensure accurate and dynamic content generation.
- Manage the output generation process across multiple channels, including print, email, and digital portals.
- Support the entire software development lifecycle, including rigorous testing, production deployment, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA testers, and project managers, within an Agile development environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to document generation and delivery workflows.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Quadient DC and Quadient Scaler.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer communication management (CCM) or document generation applications.
- Strong understanding of data structures and the ability to map complex data to document templates.
- Experience with high-volume document processing and output management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions on time and within scope.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year (Estimated)
