Position Summary: Sr Associate Product Manager

Synkriom Inc. is looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager specializing in Proprietary Wallets for a long-term contract engagement in New York City. This role is designed for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will be a key member of a scrum team, responsible for prioritizing feature backlogs and ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative digital wallet solutions within the banking and financial services sector.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage a comprehensive feature backlog for the scrum team, ensuring alignment with broader product goals.
  • Actively participate in refinement sessions with engineers to guide execution and clarify technical requirements.
  • Design and lead engagement ceremonies with product owners and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate project impediments using established mitigation tactics and frameworks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project artifacts and provide transparent status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and sequence dependencies across multiple product teams to ensure cohesive product development.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in all team interactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in product management or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Digital Wallets and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, reasoning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and market conditions.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 per year (Estimated)
