Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team for a 12-month contract engagement. This role is critical for developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable production solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and services.
- Perform extensive data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for model training and evaluation.
- Optimize and tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology, and apply relevant findings to improve our systems.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for automated model training, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure reliability and fairness.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Communicate technical findings and project status to stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed models.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML service offerings.
- Understanding of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.

Special Requirements
Passport number mandatory for submission (Except US Citizens & Green Card holders). In-person interview is mandatory. Role is located in NYC (10036) or GA (Locals or nearby only).
Compensation & Location
Salary: $170,000 – $230,000 per year (Estimated)
