Position Summary: ETQ Expert Developer
Valzo Soft Solutions is looking for an ETQ Expert Developer for a hybrid contract position based in Manchester, NH. This role is ideal for a technical professional with deep expertise in ETQ Reliance and a strong background in Python and SQL. As an ETQ Expert, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of Quality Management System (QMS) workflows that are vital to our client’s operational integrity.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated ETQ Reliance configurations, ensuring they meet complex business requirements.
- Manage the promotion process across multiple environments, including Development, Testing, and Production, to maintain system consistency.
- Perform database refreshes and set up environments for rigorous testing and development cycles.
- Support and troubleshoot SQL-driven integrations, including complex queries, stored procedures, and ETL jobs.
- Collaborate on major system upgrades, specifically moving from 2020B to CG2025, and assist in planning for the NXG migration.
- Oversee the configuration of web services and Apache Tomcat to support seamless ETQ integrations.
- Document technical configurations and business processes to facilitate future system upgrades and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications within the ETQ platform.
Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of ETQ Reliance, including section settings, inheritance, and advanced configurations.
- Intermediate to advanced Python development skills, with the ability to work with classes and complex scripts.
- Proven experience with ETQ environment promotion and restoration processes.
- Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to write complex joins, CTEs, and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with on-premise ETQ architecture and web API integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ETQ NXG migration projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Tomcat and web services configuration in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote productivity with in-office collaboration.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 per year
