Position Summary: Azure Automation Engineer
Sira Consulting Inc is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Azure PaaS services to support a high-profile project in Montvale, NJ. This role requires a blend of technical prowess in cloud architecture, automation, and emerging AI technologies. You will work closely with client stakeholders and KPMG architects to design, implement, and maintain sophisticated cloud solutions that drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong background in Microsoft Azure technologies.
Technical Expertise Required
- Azure PaaS Services: Deep hands-on experience with Application Service Environments (ASE), SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, WebApps, AKS, Container Apps, and Container Registry.
- Azure IaaS & Networking: Solid understanding of Azure networking concepts and infrastructure-as-a-service offerings.
- Authentication & Security: Strong knowledge of Azure authentication techniques to ensure secure access control across all cloud environments.
- AI & Emerging Tech: Proficiency in Azure AI Services. Candidates with AI-102 certification are highly preferred. Knowledge of MS Purview and MS Fabric is a significant advantage.
- Automation & Coding: Proficiency in creating automation templates using BICEP and Terraform. Basic to medium level coding skills in .NET or Python are required.
- DevOps: Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed requirement analysis and provide comprehensive technical solutions for complex Azure environments.
- Prepare high-level and low-level architecture design diagrams (HLD/LLD).
- Define and enforce standards in coding, system design, and cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with project teams and external architects to understand the existing landscape and provide scalable solutions.
- Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
