Role Overview
Empower Professionals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blue Yonder One Network Technical Architect/Functional Architect for a long-term, 100% remote contract engagement. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing sophisticated supply chain solutions using the Blue Yonder Network (formerly One Network) platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of the platform’s architecture and integration capabilities, combined with the functional expertise required to lead complex implementations within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical solution design and architectural planning for Blue Yonder One Network implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive technical architecture diagrams that illustrate the integrated solution landscape, including data flows and system touchpoints.
- Author detailed technical specifications based on functional requirements, providing a clear roadmap for development and configuration teams.
- Build and configure platform objects in strict adherence to technical specifications and best practices.
- Design and implement robust technical integrations between Blue Yonder Network and external enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Support data mapping activities to ensure seamless data exchange and integrity across the supply chain ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing for all customizations and integrations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide expert support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying and resolving complex technical defects.
- Lead the deployment of the Blue Yonder Network solution into production environments, managing risk and ensuring minimal disruption.
- Facilitate the onboarding of contract manufacturers and other external partners onto the network platform.
- Adhere to established project methodologies and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive technical and integration expertise in the Blue Yonder Network (One Network) platform.
- Proven track record of at least 5 full lifecycle implementations of One Network solutions.
- Deep understanding of Blue Yonder Network architecture, including data models, integration frameworks, and platform setup.
- Hands-on experience in building technical integrations and customizing platform features.
- Familiarity with contract manufacturing visibility and CPG industry processes is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

As this is a long-term contract (12+ months), stability and a history of successful project completions are essential.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
