Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This is a critical role within our Telecommunications division, requiring a professional who can design, develop, and implement sophisticated solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecom industry’s unique data challenges and operational workflows, enabling them to build high-impact applications that drive efficiency and innovation. This position is a C2C opportunity and requires a 5-day onsite presence in Atlanta, specifically targeting local candidates in the Georgia area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI to meet complex business requirements.
  • Implement and manage secure authentication protocols, specifically focusing on OAuth and OpenID Connect, to ensure data integrity and secure access across all applications.
  • Configure and maintain Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity management, access control, and security group management within the Power Platform environment.
  • Collaborate closely with telecom stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Optimize Dataverse environments for performance, scalability, and data consistency, ensuring seamless integration with external telecom systems.
  • Develop complex workflows in Power Automate to streamline business processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational speed.
  • Create insightful and interactive dashboards in Power BI that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for the telecom sector.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning.
  • Ensure all developed solutions comply with industry standards, internal security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications, providing timely support and maintenance.

Technical Requirements

  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Strong proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and its integration with Power Platform for security and identity management.
  • Proven experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Background in the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred, with an understanding of industry-specific data models and processes.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
