Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with over 12 years of experience to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives in Washington, DC. This onsite role focuses on the development and management of sophisticated Access Control Models, specifically Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance and workflow-based product management within a complex enterprise environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end product ownership of IAM solutions, from conceptualization through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Design and implement robust Access Control Models, ensuring the effective application of RBAC and ABAC principles.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage API integrations and ensure seamless technical interoperability between systems.
  • Lead Data Governance initiatives to ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, security architects, and engineering teams, to align product roadmaps with business goals.
  • Oversee workflow-based product management, optimizing processes for user access requests and approvals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends in the IAM and cybersecurity landscape.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant focus on security or IAM products.
  • Expert-level knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and general Identity and Access Management concepts.
  • Proven experience in Data Access Management and Data Governance.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss API and technical integration details.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in workflow-based product design and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.

Work Environment and Requirements

This is an onsite position located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be local to the DC area or willing to relocate immediately. Due to the nature of the projects and security requirements, this position is open to US Citizens (USC) only. The role requires a high degree of collaboration and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver high-impact security products. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, discipline, and perfection.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
