Position Summary
Arthur Grand Technologies is recruiting for a Senior Associate Product Manager specializing in Settlement and Reconciliation for a premier fintech platform in New York City. This onsite role is pivotal in revolutionizing payment experiences for millions of customers and merchants. As part of the Wallet and Lending Innovation team, you will contribute to a fintech platform that fuels the next wave of growth in digital payments. We are looking for a customer-obsessed professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about building scalable technology platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the settlement and reconciliation product line, contributing to the overall vision and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver technical products, including APIs, data models, and data processing pipelines.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories, effectively translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Partner with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to support product development efforts and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of robust Settlement and Reconciliation platforms to ensure accuracy and reliability in payment processing.
- Manage the product backlog, support agile delivery, and oversee production support and defect resolution.
- Navigate a large, complex organization to drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in Risk, Controls, Legal, and Compliance.
- Monitor platform performance against goals and identify implementation paths for needed enhancements.
Technical and Domain Expertise
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment flows, digital wallets, and money movement. You should be proficient in working with APIs and have a deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies. Experience in building and scaling settlement services within a financial services environment is highly preferred. You will be expected to ensure a strong risk and controls environment while delivering innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Candidate Qualifications
We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management with a focus on technical products such as databases or data processing. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is required. You must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organizations and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be influencing diverse teams and stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
