Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Quality Engineer to join our team in Whippany, New Jersey, on an ongoing contract basis. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is designed for a QA Automation expert who specializes in AI-driven testing and intelligent automation. You will be at the forefront of quality assurance, designing test scenarios for AI agents and integrating cutting-edge agentic tools into our enterprise automation frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced technologies like Claude Code, Windsurf, and AI-powered Selenium plugins.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust test scenarios to validate the behavior and performance of AI agents.
- Analyze Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to extract testing requirements and ensure 100% coverage.
- Conduct performance testing of AI systems to identify bottlenecks and ensure enterprise-level scalability.
- Utilize agentic tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, and Cursor for advanced automation tasks.
- Implement AI-powered Selenium plugins, including Healenium and Applitools Eyes, for visual and functional testing.
- Integrate QA automation processes with the Master Control Program (MCP) for centralized execution.
- Test and integrate REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless connectivity across the tech stack.
- Identify opportunities within the QA lifecycle to optimize business processes through AI automation.
- Automate data-intensive tasks using advanced Excel automation techniques.
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience with JIRA, AZDO, Balsamiq, and MS Visio.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with automation tools: Selenium, QTP, WinRunner, and Visual Studio.
- Expertise in SQL Server, LoadRunner, and JMeter for database and performance testing.
- Strong proficiency in Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in end-to-end defect lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year
