Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience to join our dynamic engineering team in Edison, New Jersey. This is a critical onsite role requiring a deep technical understanding of the Microsoft stack and modern cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that serve our enterprise clients. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the architectural evolution of our software products.
Technical Requirements and Responsibilities
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core ecosystem, with a focus on building scalable backend services.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing robust Web APIs and RESTful services to support complex business logic.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated and reliable software delivery.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, specifically Docker, and experience deploying applications in Linux environments.
- Proven ability to work with relational databases and optimize SQL queries for high-load scenarios.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions within agile sprints.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in software development using the .NET stack.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an onsite environment in Edison, NJ; candidates must be local to the area.
- A valid Local Driver’s License (DL) is required for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is strictly onsite at our Edison, NJ facility. We believe that face-to-face collaboration is essential for the success of our complex projects. Candidates must be comfortable working in a professional office setting and adhering to local health and safety guidelines. Edison is a vibrant tech hub, and our office provides a collaborative atmosphere where innovation is encouraged. Being a ‘Locals Only’ requirement, we are looking for professionals who are already established in the New Jersey area and can commute daily without relocation assistance.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
