Role Overview
Valzo Soft Solutions is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated ServiceNow-based solutions that support enterprise-level workflows and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. We are looking for a technical leader who can drive innovation within the ServiceNow platform and provide strategic insights into platform optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions for large-scale organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications tailored to meet specific business needs and enterprise goals.
- Implement and optimize complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within the platform.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and Record Producers, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform platform integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases (e.g., Xanadu, Washington DC) and features to provide recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development and governance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that all development work adheres to enterprise standards and security protocols.
Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a primary focus on the ServiceNow platform.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific APIs such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAggregate.
- Proven track record of successful integrations using REST and SOAP web services and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Service Portal development, including HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $148,000 – $192,000 per year (Estimated)
