Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Analyst Technical with over 12 years of professional experience to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a long-term contract position (1 year) focused on providing hands-on technical expertise in the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion ERP applications. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that the ERP ecosystem is scalable, secure, and highly efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Oracle Fusion ERP applications to align with complex business processes and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, configurations, and system extensions.
- Design, build, and rigorously test application customizations, reports, and integrations using Oracle tools such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS, and ADF.
- Lead data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, and execution using FBDI, ADFDI, and other advanced data import methodologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration diagrams, and configuration workbooks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues, providing timely support to end-users and ensuring operational stability.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and business teams to automate manual processes and enhance system performance.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion releases, patches, and emerging technology trends to assess their impact on the business environment.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise applications.
- At least 4 years of dedicated experience in the configuration, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proven track record of participating in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Deep technical expertise in one or more modules: Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Finance, or SCM.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and managing data via FBDI templates.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, security models, and environment management.

Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 per year
