Role Overview
Valzo Soft Solutions is seeking a visionary and highly technical AI Tech Lead to spearhead the development of next-generation artificial intelligence solutions for our prime client in Tampa, Florida. As we move into 2026, the landscape of Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) has become the cornerstone of enterprise efficiency. This long-term contract position offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team of engineers in building scalable, production-grade AI applications that leverage the latest advancements in the Python ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure high-fidelity information retrieval and generation.
- Architect and deploy Agentic AI solutions that can autonomously execute multi-step tasks and integrate with various enterprise APIs.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning in the AI domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of AI models deployed in cloud environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new tools and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge for the client.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, specifically for data science and AI application development.
- Proven track record of building and deploying LLM-based applications using LangChain or similar orchestration layers.
- Deep understanding of vector databases and embedding models for RAG implementations.
- Experience with LangGraph for building stateful, multi-actor applications with LLMs.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, including tool-use, planning, and self-reflection loops.
- Strong background in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, and version control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
