Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Platform Support Specialist to join the Nvoids team. This role is critical in maintaining and optimizing our high-traffic job portal, which currently hosts over 1.5 million job posts and serves a community of over 20,000 active resumes. As a key member of our platform operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of information between employers, recruiters, and job seekers across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor automated job posting and resume search systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Oversee the administration of large-scale Google Groups and Telegram communities, ensuring that job requirements and hotlists are distributed efficiently to thousands of subscribers.
- Troubleshoot complex email deliverability issues, including managing relationships with email service providers to resolve instances where emails are dropped, rejected, or blocked by external servers.
- Provide technical support for the newly introduced real-time Chat feature, facilitating direct communication between recruiters and candidates.
- Curate and manage the distribution list (usjobs@nvoids.com) to ensure that job requirements are posted automatically and accurately.
- Analyze platform traffic and user engagement metrics (currently exceeding 35 million views) to identify opportunities for feature enhancement and user experience improvements.
- Maintain the integrity of the resume database, ensuring that search strings and subscription services deliver relevant results to users.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement security protocols and data privacy measures across the portal.
Technical Environment
The Nvoids platform operates at a massive scale, requiring a support specialist who is comfortable working with high-volume data environments. You will interact with web-based portal management tools, automated mailing systems, and community management platforms. Familiarity with SEO principles for job boards and experience in the US staffing industry is highly preferred. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in the realm of digital communication and community moderation.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75,000 – $115,000 per year (Estimated)
