Position Summary
TechnoGen is looking for a Senior Lead PL/SQL Developer to join our team in Oaks, PA, on a hybrid basis. This role is pivotal in developing high-performance Data Access Layers and managing complex database schemas within the Wealth Management and Financial Services domain. As a lead developer, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and technical implementation, ensuring that our database solutions are scalable, efficient, and robust.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated PL/SQL code for Data Access Layers to be consumed by various client-facing applications.
- Lead the implementation of ETL processes, utilizing tools such as Informatica to facilitate seamless data movement and transformation.
- Collaborate closely with senior architects to translate high-level designs into actionable technical specifications and database schemas.
- Support the refactoring of existing database structures to align with the company’s long-term consolidation and modernization roadmap.
- Provide expert-level post-implementation support and ongoing production maintenance for critical financial databases.
- Manage and maintain reference data stored within Oracle databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Lead technical meetings and coordinate with diverse, distributed teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Relate to customer needs by leveraging deep industry knowledge to resolve complex technical concerns and provide innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience with a heavy focus on PL/SQL and Oracle platforms.
- Proven experience in the Wealth Management, Finance, or Banking domains is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in writing complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Experience with ETL tools, specifically Informatica, is considered a significant advantage.

A high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and superior time management skills are essential for success in this lead role. You must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, requiring three days of onsite presence per week in Oaks, PA.
Special Requirements
Hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week); Domain restriction: Wealth Management or Finance/Banking experience required.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
