Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with specialized expertise in the Healthcare domain to join our team for a critical project in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a 100% onsite contract position requiring a deep understanding of patient-centric CRM platforms and the ability to lead complex technical implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between architectural vision and technical execution, ensuring that our Salesforce solutions are robust, scalable, and fully compliant with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Architect to design and define end-to-end data flows across multiple platforms, including Salesforce CRM and AWS environments.
  • Establish and maintain a ‘single source of truth’ for patient data, ensuring high data integrity and accessibility across the enterprise.
  • Lead the development and orchestration of Agentic AI solutions, utilizing real-time data from the Data Lake to provide proactive ‘nudges’ and insights to patients and case managers.
  • Develop custom AI Agents using AWS BedRock and integrate them seamlessly with Salesforce workflows.
  • Oversee data governance and ensure all digital solutions are strictly compliant with Pharma-specific regulations, including HIPAA and regional privacy laws.
  • Optimize data workflows and troubleshoot complex technical issues within AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices in Salesforce development.

Technical Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Tech Lead within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on Health Cloud or similar Patient CRM platforms.
  • Proven expertise in AWS cloud services, particularly Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
  • Hands-on experience in AI orchestration and the development of custom AI agents using AWS BedRock.
  • Strong background in the Pharma Commercial domain, with specific experience in Patient Engagement and Patient Service tools.
  • Deep knowledge of data governance, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare-specific data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certifications are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Health Care Domain expertise required; 100% Onsite in San Francisco Bay Area; Contract role.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $65 – $65 per year

Location: San Francisco, CA
