Opportunity: Senior BlueCherry ERP Consultant (Remote)
Vyze Inc is seeking a specialized BlueCherry Consultant to lead a critical ERP conversion project. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation from anywhere in the United States. As retail and manufacturing industries continue to modernize their supply chains in 2026, expertise in CGS BlueCherry ERP remains a highly sought-after skill set. This role focuses on the intricate world of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and the seamless migration of legacy systems to the BlueCherry platform.
Core Responsibilities and Technical Scope
- Lead EDI Retail Document Testing within the CGS BlueCherry ERP environment during the conversion from legacy ERP systems.
- Manage a wide array of EDI documents, including inbound/outbound 850 (Purchase Orders), 810 (Invoices), 856 (Advance Ship Notices), 846 (Inventory Inquiry), and 832 (Price/Sales Catalog).
- Handle specialized documents such as 855 (PO Acknowledgment), 860 (PO Change), 865 (PO Change Acknowledgment), 820 (Payment Order), and 812/816/824/852/864/870.
- Generate outbound EDI data streams within BlueCherry that are functionally identical to existing streams on the legacy ERP to ensure business continuity.
- Utilize inbound data streams to generate documents in BlueCherry that maintain parity with the old system’s outputs.
- Configure and setup EDI Control Tables for various transactions within the CGS BlueCherry ERP suite.
- Maintain strict control over BlueCherry EDI document generation settings to meet specific retail partner requirements.
- Leverage the TSB Transport Layer to efficiently process inbound and outbound data streams.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
- Proven, deep-seated experience with CGS BlueCherry ERP, including strong functional knowledge of core ERP processes and data management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CGS BlueCherry EDI processes, specifically including the BSCEL and Supply Chain modules.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote capacity, meeting project milestones without direct supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of data mapping and system conversion.
- A valid LinkedIn profile is required for professional verification and collaboration.
Preferred Skills and Industry Background
- Familiarity with legacy systems such as AS400, Gentran, or ASI (American Software) ERP is highly advantageous for the conversion process.
- A professional background in manufacturing, retail, or apparel industries that heavily utilize BlueCherry ERP.
- Experience with modern supply chain optimization and omnichannel retail fulfillment strategies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
