Position Summary
Livemindz is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Project Manager to lead high-stakes implementations within the Financial Services sector. This role is based in Manhattan, New York City, near the World Trade Center, and requires a professional who combines deep project management expertise with a functional understanding of GRC and Risk Management. You will be the primary liaison between risk officers, compliance leads, and technical configuration teams, ensuring that the ServiceNow platform is leveraged to its fullest potential to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with senior risk officers and internal audit teams to capture, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for the IRM suite.
- Translate specific financial services risk processes—such as fraud risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance—into functional specifications within ServiceNow IRM, BCM, and Privacy modules.
- Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses against out-of-the-box (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities to minimize technical debt and ensure upgrade-safe designs.
- Design future-state workflows for risk assessments, control testing, policy management, and issue tracking that align with industry best practices.
- Define risk taxonomies and scoring models tailored to the client’s specific risk appetite and global regulatory obligations.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities, such as continuous control monitoring and automated evidence collection, to enhance the efficiency of the risk management framework.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multi-national business units, driving decision-making in a complex corporate structure.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Program or Project Management and Delivery Lead roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including process definition and solution design.
- Proven track record in the Financial Services industry, specifically dealing with credit card and payment-specific risk processes.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create functional specs, process maps, and test scripts that are actionable for technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and a commitment to OOTB-first implementation strategies.
- Experience operating in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with a focus on iterative value delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex risk data to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IRM or GRC.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CRISC, or CISA.
- Experience with integration points involving ITSM, identity management, and regulatory reporting systems.
This is a hybrid role with a strong preference for onsite presence in NYC. Candidates must have valid work authorization in the USA and be local to the New York City metropolitan area.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
