  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and policy analysts, to translate business needs into technical reality.
  • Optimize existing workflows for maximum performance and reliability in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Support deployment in hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and manage CI/CD pipelines for data assets.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in the ETL and Data Integration space with a focus on enterprise-level architecture.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on, expert-level experience with Talend tools, including Data Mapper and Administration Center.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Proven track record in government or highly regulated public sector environments.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices including version control (Git) and automated testing.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with government stakeholders and implementation partners.

Professional Environment

This is a remote contract position that offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical projects that impact public services. We value consultants who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security. You will work within a collaborative implementation partner framework, providing technical excellence to government clients.
