Senior Incentive Compensation Consultant – Oracle Cloud Transformation
Estuate Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Consultant to lead a critical Oracle Cloud Transformation program in Atlanta, Georgia. This onsite role is a 6-month plus contract engagement, offering the opportunity to work on a high-impact project for a major enterprise client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation (IC) module, ensuring that complex sales performance and commission structures are accurately reflected and automated within the system.
Core Responsibilities and Functional Leadership
- Lead the functional design and configuration of the Oracle Incentive Compensation module, including plan components, performance measures, and expressions.
- Conduct deep-dive requirement gathering sessions with sales operations and finance stakeholders to translate business logic into technical configurations.
- Manage complex crediting and rollup hierarchies, ensuring that sales credits are correctly attributed across various organizational levels.
- Oversee the calculation and payment processing cycles, troubleshooting discrepancies and ensuring 100% accuracy in commission payouts.
- Provide expert guidance on dispute management workflows and participant self-service features within the Oracle Cloud environment.
Technical Integration and Reporting
- Utilize BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) to design and develop custom reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data mapping and integration requirements between Oracle Cloud IC and upstream CRM or ERP systems.
- Validate data integrity throughout the ETL process, ensuring that transaction data, participant details, and attainment metrics are synchronized.
- Perform rigorous System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts and managing defect resolution.
Strategic Transformation and Support
- Act as a subject matter expert during the cutover phase, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization, addressing any performance issues or configuration adjustments required by the business.
- Document all functional designs, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials to ensure long-term maintainability of the solution.
- Advise the client on best practices for incentive compensation management, leveraging the latest features and updates in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance
- Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of incentive compensation data across the enterprise.
- Perform detailed data profiling and cleansing activities to prepare legacy data for migration to the Oracle Cloud platform.
- Develop automated data validation scripts to verify the integrity of transaction data and calculation outputs on a recurring basis.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure that all compensation data is handled in compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
Stakeholder Management and Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on matters related to sales performance management and incentive strategy.
- Facilitate workshops with sales leadership to design incentive plans that drive desired behaviors and align with corporate financial targets.
- Provide regular project status updates to the steering committee, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure a cohesive and successful project delivery.

Contract 6 Months+; Onsite in Atlanta, GA; Oracle Cloud Transformation domain.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
