Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team for a critical onsite project in Houston, TX. This role is designed for a visionary leader with over 10 years of hands-on development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Principal Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance business solutions that drive digital transformation for our enterprise clients. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM best practices, combined with a broad technical background in integration and cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards.
- Collaborate with technical managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Develop high-level design documents, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution feasibility and architectural integrity.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with various cloud-based and on-premise applications using REST APIs, Mulesoft, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Drive the development team in implementing best practices for Apex programming, Lightning components, Omnistudio, and Salesforce Flows.
- Manage source control and release management processes using tools like GitHub and Copado to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the broader Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Mulesoft for enterprise-level integrations.
- Familiarity with DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and its integration with Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of MFA, Salesforce Connector, and secure API communication.
- Proven experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and DevOps tools like Copado.
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $255,000 per year (Estimated)
