Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Axiom UAT Analyst for a critical onsite role in New York City. This position is part of a high-profile regulatory reporting project focused on the second phase of an Axiom implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing functional component testing across five major regulatory reports that are being automated. This role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, data integrity, and the Axiom (Addenza) system to ensure compliance with Federal Reserve requirements for IHC and NY Branch reporting.
Scope of Work
- Perform functional component testing for five critical reports: FRY9C, FFIEC 002, FFIEC 031, FRY15 (Systemic Risk Report), and FFIEC 009 (Country Exposure Report).
- Identify report development issues, bugs, and necessary logic changes ahead of formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Review large-scale reports including multiple schedules that require complex data mapping from Financials (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) and various subledgers.
- Develop and document comprehensive test cases specific to each report schedule being reviewed.
- Conduct line-level (MDRM) data reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy, identifying any data quality issues or gaps.
- Test system functionality, including drill-through capabilities, report generation, and data loading processes within the Axiom environment.
- Verify historical report versioning and accessibility to ensure audit trails are maintained.
- Review and test workflow processes, including version saving, locking functionality, and submission capabilities.
- Perform maker-checker reviews and cross-checks to validate inter-series consistency.
- Escalate issues to management and participate in working groups aimed at remediating and closing identified defects.
- Provide detailed results reporting to stakeholders to track progress and readiness for production.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth, hands-on experience with the Axiom (Addenza) system is mandatory.
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within a financial services or regulatory reporting environment.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Reserve call reports (FRY9C, FFIEC 002, 031, 009, FRY15).
- Proficiency with JIRA for raising, updating, and closing defects.
- Expertise in test script and test case development and maintenance.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of financial products and their applicability to regulatory reporting schemas.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
