Job Summary and Purpose
cyberThink is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support professional with a specialized focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Mobility Service Operations. This is a direct client requirement based in New Jersey, requiring a 100% onsite presence for five days a week. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the lifecycle of corporate IT assets and ensuring the seamless operation of mobile services for employees. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in corporate service operations who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of corporate IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Manage Managed Mobility Service (MMS) operations, ensuring that mobile devices and services are properly provisioned and supported for all staff.
- Provide high-quality IT support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues related to their workstations and mobile devices.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that asset records are accurate and up-to-date in the company’s tracking systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to maintain detailed reports on asset inventory, usage trends, and service metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for asset management and mobility services.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure the timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
- Participate in project coordination efforts for IT infrastructure upgrades or office relocations involving asset transitions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and data privacy regulations regarding the handling of IT equipment.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in IT asset management or corporate employee service operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Preferred Experience and Technical Environment
Candidates with specific experience in Corporate Asset Lifecycle Management or Managed Mobility Service Operations will be given priority. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and experience using enterprise asset management software is highly desirable. Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 per year (Estimated)
