Role Overview
Tanisha Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Package Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle EPM Cloud integrations. This is a long-term contract position designed for a technical expert who can navigate the complexities of enterprise-level data orchestration and cloud architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between human capital management data and enterprise performance management systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy for our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end integration patterns for Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically focusing on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to develop robust REST API-based integrations and event-driven or schedule-driven orchestrations.
- Define and manage complex run calendars, identifying critical dependencies between various financial and HR data modules.
- Build, operationalize, and automate data pipelines using EPM Automate, ensuring high availability and reliability of data transfers.
- Configure Data Integration and Data Management modules within the Oracle ecosystem to facilitate smooth ETL processes.
- Manage OIC adapters, including SFTP and Object Storage, to handle diverse data sources and destinations.
- Implement comprehensive error handling, automated notifications, and reprocessing logic to maintain data integrity.
- Lead the configuration of EPBCS and ARCS environments, resolving technical issues and optimizing system performance.
- Create detailed integration and mapping specifications to guide development and ensure audit compliance.
- Ensure all logging and reconciliation processes are audit-ready, meeting strict financial and regulatory standards.
- Lead testing phases, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage the cutover process and provide high-level production support to meet demanding month-end close and forecasting SLAs.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, ARCS).
- Proven track record in developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and web services in an Oracle environment.
- Proficiency in EPM Automate and scripting for automation.
- Experience with Oracle Data Management and Data Integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data mapping techniques.
- Ability to design scalable integration architectures for large-scale enterprises.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including IBM, Capgemini, and Cognizant teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex integration failures.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
