Job Overview:
BrightSol is seeking a highly experienced React Developer with strong front-end expertise and enterprise application experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and a proven track record of building scalable and robust web applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and collaborating effectively within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Implement complex features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
- Utilize Redux, Hooks, and Context API for efficient state management.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Integrate with REST APIs to fetch and display data dynamically.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate actively in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Work closely with backend developers and other stakeholders to define API requirements and ensure smooth data flow.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 11+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Hooks, and Context API.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
- Proven experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services.
- Familiarity with TypeScript is highly preferred.
- Experience with Node.js is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and tools like Azure DevOps is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
