Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at GA TECH. This role serves as the subject matter expert and primary resource for troubleshooting within our Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud environments. You will be responsible for integrating complex analytical and technical capabilities into our existing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instances, as well as troubleshooting ongoing technical and data integration issues. This position also involves managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitating the adoption and enablement process for handing back functionalities to our diverse group of both technical and non-technical functional users within the business unit.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of various documentation processes, business system architecture, and associated technologies. You will demonstrate advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem-solving, systems documentation, and report writing as applied within assigned systems. Furthermore, this role requires strong capabilities in functional leadership and effective cross-communication between functional users and technical groups. The ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities, coupled with excellent analytical and presentation skills, strong organization, time management, and professionalism, are essential for success in this position.

Scope of Work

  • Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.
  • Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, utilizing features such as crossfilters and custom report types.
  • Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features, including Cloud Pages for digital communication needs and data capture workflows.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
  • Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence and knowledge transfer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
  • Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce; curiosity to find answers is key.
  • Experience with project management tasks, including requirements writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.
  • Understanding of Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems.

Special Requirements

Local to GA only. Hybrid Work Schedule. Possible contract extension after 6 months. Agency Interview Type: Either Web Cam or In Person.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)

Location: Atlanta, GA
