Job Summary:

GSK Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid onsite role focuses on analyzing customer business needs and participating in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for troubleshooting Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud, integrating complex analytical and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce issues.
  • Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, utilizing features like crossfilters and custom report types.
  • Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features, such as Cloud Pages for digital communication and data capture workflows.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
  • Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.
  • Manage UAT, adoption, and enablement processes, handing back to functional users.

Scope of Work:

This role requires an advanced understanding of documentation processes, business system architecture, and associated technologies. The candidate must possess advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem-solving, systems documentation, and report writing within assigned systems. Additionally, strong functional leadership and cross-communication skills between functional users and technical groups are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, coupled with effective analytical and presentation skills, excellent organization, time management, and professionalism, is crucial for success in this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce.
  • Experience with project management tasks, including requirements writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.
  • Understanding of Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Atlanta, GA
