Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen-AI/AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced Gen AI and Machine Learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training using large datasets.
- Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.
- Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor their performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems.
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap of the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and deployment.
- Work with various AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Explore and implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text generation and understanding.
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and platforms.
- Ensure ethical considerations and bias mitigation are addressed in AI development.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Contribute to building a strong AI/ML community within the organization.
- Analyze complex data patterns to extract actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models for various business use cases.
- Experiment with different AI algorithms and techniques to find the best fit for specific problems.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and applications is highly preferred.
- Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
