Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Network Engineer with a current CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification to join our team. This role involves supervising system engineers, managing complex network environments, and ensuring high availability and security of network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise system engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), network technologies (VLANs, VPC, STP), and security protocols (IPsec, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust).
- Implement and manage Cisco Nexus platforms.
- Configure and support cloud connectivity solutions such as Direct Connect and ExpressRoute.
- Manage VoIP protocols (SCCP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, SRTP, QSIG).
- Deploy and manage Cisco security solutions including ASA, FirePower, ISE, and AnyConnect.
- Implement and maintain Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools like Cisco Catalyst Center and Terraform for network automation.
- Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, NetFlow, Catalyst Center, and SNMP.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for network-related problems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the network.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least three (3) years of experience supervising system engineers.
- Experience with interactive and interpretive systems, including online, real-time data acquisition capabilities.
- Must possess a current Enterprise CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Network technologies: VLANs, VPC, STP
- Security protocols and architecture: IPsec, SSL/TLS, Zero Trust
- Cisco Nexus platforms
- Cloud connectivity solutions: Direct Connect, ExpressRoute
- VoIP protocols: SCCP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, SRTP, QSIG
- Cisco security solutions: ASA, FirePower, ISE, AnyConnect
- Quality of Service (QoS)

Special Requirements
Visa restrictions: All VISA NO/OPT/CPT. Interview Mode: In-Person (F2F). Candidates must reside in or near Baltimore, MD and be available to attend the interview onsite. Please Share Certification Copy.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
