Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP RTR (Record-to-Report) Consultant to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI (GL, Journal Entries, Month-End Close, Reporting) and a good understanding of financial data flow from sub-ledger to GL. This role requires extensive experience with SAP tables (BKPF, BSEG, ACDOCA) and data mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SAP RTR configurations, focusing on GL, Journal Entries, Month-End Close, and Reporting.
- Analyze and map financial data flow from sub-ledger modules to the General Ledger.
- Utilize expertise in SAP tables such as BKPF, BSEG, and ACDOCA for data analysis and configuration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial reporting requirements into SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI modules and financial data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment phases.
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI, specifically with GL, Journal Entries, Month-End Close, and Reporting.
- Good understanding of financial data flow (sub-ledger to GL).
- Proficiency with SAP tables: BKPF, BSEG, ACDOCA.
- Experience in data mapping for financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to provide travel history.
- Profiles must include project locations.
- This is a 4-day onsite role in Lisle, IL.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year
